Outright prohibit bribery and corruption in all its forms and put in place measures to prevent and detect its possible implementation.<\/p><p>2. Enforce compliance with regulations and their obligations, as well as anti-bribery, antitrust and competition laws and regulations where we do business.<\/p><p>3. Take as a reference and comply with the Anti-bribery, Free Competition, Criminal Compliance and Compliance management systems established in the organisation on the basis of the updated ISO 37301, 37001 and UNE19601, 19603 standards.<\/p><p>4. Promote and resolve concerns and\/or complaints, in good faith or on the basis of reasonable belief, and without retaliation of any kind.<\/p><p>5.\u00a0Improve the anti-bribery management system on an ongoing basis.<\/p><p>6. Raise awareness and train: all staff, business partners and business units.<\/p><p>WINDWAVES has a Compliance Officer, whose main task, among others, is to monitor the proper development and implementation of the guidelines established in this Policy.
